Caramelized onions, roasted mushrooms & Okanagan apples, smokey bacon, slow simmered turkey stock & fresh sage

Buttermilk & Confit Garlic Whipped Red Skin Potatoes    – gluten free

Roasted Squash, Cauliflower, Brussels Sprouts & Carrots
Fresh parsley & crispy shallots
gluten free (without crispy onions)

Suggested Wine Pairing
Oaked Chardonnay or medium bodied Pinot Noir

Preparation Instructions:

-Preheat oven to 350

– Place vegetables uncovered in oven and set a timer for 20 mins. (Groups of 6 guests or more increase time to 30 mins)

-When timer goes off add stuffing, (uncovered) mashed potatoes, ham & turkey (all covered) in oven and set another timer for 20-25 mins or until everything is heated through and vegetables are fully cooked. (groups of 6 or more increase time by up to 45 mins or until an internal temp of 165 and vegetables are fully cooked – stir veggies throughout cooking)

CHANNEL YOUR INNER CHEF – Household ovens vary, cook times are a guideline only.  Look for visual cues for doneness as opposed to an exact set amount of time 🙂
